Please take the time to review our policies. This entire policy must be strictly enforced in order to meet our commitment of providing timely, quality service to all of our customers. REGISTRATION An annual registration fee for each student is due with the first registration of the calendar year. The registration fee is $25 per student, $75 maximum per family. Any registration fees paid after October 1st will be extended through the following year. We reserve the right to change or cancel any class that does not fill. Monthly Tuition Fee and Payment Policies
Tuition for group lessons is $75 and for private and semi-private lessons is $200. This is based on a 4-week month and will be adjusted for extra days that fall on your swim day or for any holidays (for example, if there is a 5th week on the day that you swim, you will be charged $93.75 instead of $75 for a group class).
Credit and debit card customers will be automatically charged on the 15th of each month for the following month. Any family that wishes to not put their credit card on file must make payment by the 5th of the month for the following month in order to avoid being dropped from the schedule.
If your check is returned to us for any reason, a $25 fee will be charged to your account; payment is due immediately upon notification.
All registration fees and tuition are due at the time of enrollment and are nonrefundable.
Back to Top Weather If it is raining at your home or office, please do not assume that it is raining at the pool. We do swim in the rain, but not if conditions are dangerous. We cancel our lessons in 30 minute increments and we will do our best to contact you. If you have not heard from us, it is best to arrive. You may call us to check the status of your lesson by calling (561) 487-8276, then choose Prompt 2 for Weather Updates. If you choose to not come to your lesson because of bad weather and we are not cancelled, we will not reschedule the lesson. Back to Top Absence and Make-up Policy We do not encourage make ups because make ups affect the integrity of the class. It is very important to try to attend your regular scheduled class which is the best possible learning environment for your child. However, we realize that it is sometimes impossible to attend your regular schedule class. In order to meet our commitment of providing timely, quality service to all of our customers, we must strictly enforce our policies. Please do not ask us to make exceptions.
Back to Top Prolonged Absences and Holidays If you know in advance that your child will miss a number of lessons, or if your child will be out for an extended time due to illness or vacation, we recommend that you suspend your lessons. The remaining balance will be held on your Quality Swimming account for 3 months. If this 3 month period occurs during the QSI Winter Break, it will be extended to 4 months. No refunds will be issued. If you suspend your lessons for any reason, we cannot guarantee the same swim schedule or instructor when you are ready to return. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, some instructors and certain hours are difficult to get. Back to Top Swim Diapers If a student is not toilet trained or toilet trained for less than 6 months, he/she must wear a disposable swim diaper and an approved cloth swim diaper to assure a double layer of protection. The cloth swim diaper must pass the two finger test (if 2 fingers can be inserted under the elastic in the legs and waist, the swim diaper is too large and the child will not be permitted in the water). Disposable swim diapers alone do not pass the Board of Health Code for public pools. Swim diapers are available for purchase through us at our locations. Back to Top Parental Supervision Please do not let children enter the pool area until the teacher calls them. All children must be supervised by parents when not in the water.
