Quality Swimming offers swim lessons for infants, children and adults at our 3 convenient South Florida locations
Quality Swimming is a year round Aquatics Education Center that has been serving Boca Raton and surrounding communities for over 26 years. We are active members of the United States Swim School Association and the National Drowning Prevention Alliance.
Our programs consist of baby & me lessons, small group lessons and private lessons for all ages and skill levels. Our goal for all programs is to teach water safety and instill in all students a love for the water. Our technique to achieve water safety is to teach all of our students to “live in the water.” We find that the more a child enjoys the lessons the more successful the learning process is. Therefore, our first priority is to create a happy atmosphere.
- Baby & Me classes: Recommended for students ages 6 months to 36 months. Infants and young toddlers tend to have a smoother adjustment to a new environment and new adults if the parent or primary caretaker is present. We have three different levels of Baby and Me classes.
- Toddler classes (Waterbugs): Waterbug classes are for the child who is ready to enter a group without a parent or caregiver present. Children under the age of 2 ½ must have completed Baby & Me classes or private lessons and must be recommended by a teacher.
- Level Groups: Children over 3 1/2 years are grouped in classes from Level 1 to 7.
- Adult Lessons: We teach adults of all ages from beginner to tri-athletes.
- Recreational Swim Team: The Riptide Swim Team is a member of the South Florida Recreational Swim League. This program is for children 5 and above who can swim one lap of freestyle and one lap of backstroke. This program is an introduction to competitive swimming. Stroke technique, fun and fitness will be emphasized.
Daytime, Evening and Weekend classes are available.
